Marseille moved clear at the top of Group F of the Champions League with their second win in as many games as they eased past Borussia Dortmund.
Andre Ayew gave the home team the lead in the 20th minute, but it was Dortmund and Mario Gotze in particular who led the show inside the Stade Velodrome.
Loic Remy added a second against the run of play in the 62nd minute before a penalty from Ayew wrapped up the win for Didier Deschamps' men.
Like last season when Dortmund dominated but lost at Paris St Germain in the Europa League, the only disappointment about this latest trip to France for them was the result, but in the Champions League, that is what really counts as Jurgen Klopp's side lose ground on Marseille and Arsenal in Group F.
