Vibha observes closely the toy, with which the child is playing joyfully, and then asks Rohini who sent it, and she says, on the box was written Mr.and Mrs. K. P. She thought it was from her uncle Kunal Patil. Vibha calls on the phone their number and they are surprised to hear the news, and Vibha concludes that it was not sent by them.
In their bedroom, Daksh expresses his sadness at his mother's alienation. Naina tells that his mother is angry, but this can not last for ever. Suddenly they hear Vibha calling her son, "Daksh, come down." Daksh is happy his mother has finally accepted him. When both Daksh and Naina go down, they see an angry Vibha standing on her side of the line, with the toy in her hand, and asks if he sent it. He admits that he sent it to his nephew. She places the toy on their side on the ground and tells him, she has no connection with him. Daksh becomes hard on her, and says that he has not even been permitted to see his nephew, and if he likes to send a gift to him, no one should have any reason to get angry. He tells his mother, that she can throw away the toy. After all he says, if she had no qualms to throw away her own living son, what is there for her to throw an lifeless toy. He walks away and Naina looks on and says, he loves his nephew. She picks the toy, which Vibha has placed on her side of the line, and says, if she does not want it, neither is it of use to them, and throws it out of the window. All except Vibha are uneasy with her behavior.
Late in the night, she sees her husband come to the cradle and look lovingly at his grand son, playing with the toy which he has placed in the cradle, and his wife looks at him from afar. She confronts him, and he admits that he picked the toy from outside. He tel [...]
